Information on Italian and International Shipping

The minimum shipping for each order is € 10.00 (shipping to Italy, no international)

Shipping is FREE for all orders with local collection

Important: Our shop software and shipping calculator should provide you with these rate options. It may take some time to “fine-tune” our catalog so that everything accurately reflects. If your order qualifies for a discounted rate and doesn’t appear in your cart, you can check out and we’ll manually refund any excess shipping charges based on the rate your order qualifies for.

Your items will be shipped from the Elettrorama shop in Pompeii (Naples-ITALY).

Shipping estimates will be calculated based on the best option available at the time of ordering based on the number of items, weight and dimensions of the shipment.

LOST PACKAGES: Elettrorama will replace any lost parcels according to the following policy: 1) Parcels indicated as “delivered” by the shipping service will not be replaced. 2) Untracked/economy shipments that do not arrive within 10 weeks of the ship date are eligible for a customer replacement request to be initiated.

Tracked, DHL Express / UPS International / StarPack / DHL shipments that do not arrive within 5 weeks of the shipment date are eligible for a customer replacement request to be initiated. Claims will not be honored if made after 3 months from date of shipment, therefore synthCube is not responsible for order replacement.

SHIPMENTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Claims for damaged items will only be accepted within 10 days of package arrival. We will require pictures of damaged items and original packaging in order to pursue claims with senders. Elettrorama has the right to wait up to 4 weeks from the claim start date to issue a replacement.

RETURNS: All returns must be pre-arranged and must be requested via email within 10 days of arrival. If you have received an incorrect/defective item we will send you a replacement and returns label. If you wish to return your order for any reason that is not the responsibility of Elettrorama, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

SHIPMENTS RETURNED VIA STORE POSTAL SERVICE: Occasionally we receive parcels returned overseas. If your package is returned you have two options: 1) Cancel the order. We will refund the total order value less shipping costs. 2) Request to resend the order. We will invoice you for the shipment and ship the package a second time. We will hold returned packages for six months and attempt to contact you. In case of impossibility, the order lapses.

CONTACT INFORMATION: Make sure your phone number is correct in your user profile. This is included in the label for overseas shipments so your local customs/duty/delivery department can contact you. Many customs/duties/delivery services will return parcels to us if they cannot reach the recipient by telephone.

Credit card orders over €500 will be held for a minimum of ten days prior to shipment due to an increase in recent credit card fraud.
